Using WHEDA’s logo as inspiration, I created a “building block” style treatment for the 2019 WHEDA Conference and then carried that look throughout the many marketing materials that I developed. Materials included a 40 page program booklet and folder, email marketing campaigns, an eye-catching email signature gif for WHEDA staff to use in their emails during the months leading up to the Conference, day-of event signage, journal book attendee gift, name badge with mini agenda trifold insert, and other various signage and giveaways. I worked with the event’s 45 sponsors for ad inclusion and layout in the program booklet, executed email campaigns, and coordinated print and premium orders with multiple vendors.
